Lymphatic drainage massage (LDM) is a specialised, incredibly gentle, therapeutic massage treatment with a focus on stimulating lymphatic flow.  The treatment is designed to reduce lymph congestion. It’s a methodical process designed to specifically target the lymphatic system, helping to eliminate waste, toxins and fluid retention from the body. LDM is slow and considered, utilising light pressure to maneuver lymph along to clusters of lymph nodes and ducts where the bodies’ able to process it.  A range of specialised and gentle rhythmic pumping techniques are used to move the skin in the direction of the lymph flow.
