About wildflower aromatherapy

Hello, I’m Rachel and I’m a qualified Aromatherapist and Massage Therapist located in the Stroud Valleys!

I first became interested in all things Botanical when I worked as a florist 20 years ago. I was so passionate about plants and flowers and soon became interested in essential oils and was amazed at the endless list of healing properties they have.

It was when I became pregnant with my first daughter that I really started to discover the many wonderful benefits of essential oils. I used them throughout my pregnancy for a range of emotional and physiological issues, aches and pains, sinusitis, fatigue and hormonal changes. I also used them during labour too! Although when I went on to have my second daughter the essential oils played a huge part, especially during labour and the lead up to it!

On a high from my first-hand experience of the amazing aromatic and therapeutic effects that these plant oils have, I decided to start studying at The Cotswold Academy in Cirencester as an Aromatherapist and make a career out of my passion.

I am now in a position, with my daughters at school, to share and help women discover the many health & well-being benefits of Aromatherapy!

Included with my treatments there will be an initial in depth consultation so I can create a unique essential oil blend specifically for you and your needs – whether you are going through perimenopause/menopause, pregnancy, hormonal imbalances, anxiety, depression, stress, aches & pains, digestive issues or would simply like a relaxing massage I am here to help and listen to you!
